Frederick Health Impact Report
As a way to connect with their community, Frederick Health Hospital releases an impact report to highlight the efforts and progress they’ve made that year. While the older template of the report was concise, it relied too heavily on images, letting the stats and pertinent information fall to the wayside.
A Lasting Impact
The new template favors simple illustrations and bold statistics that correctly convey the influence Frederick Health has on their community. The front cover prominently features Frederick county and celebrates it’s most notable landmarks such as Catoctin Mountain, historic covered bridges, and downtown Frederick.
By the Numbers
Shifting the focus from photography-heavy layouts to infographics helped expand the hospital's visual identity. Previously, marketing materials relied heavily on bold color blocks, but by lightening their current color palette and creating a new set of icons and illustrations, the report demonstrated a more flexible application of the brand system while staying true to the existing guidelines.
